RR Policy 0-52 - HR -Rewards and Recognition Policy
Introduction
We, at Red Road, believe that flexibility and responsiveness in everything we do is critical to our long-term success. These awards aim to recognize and reward outstanding individuals and teams who have gone beyond their role requirements and have taken initiatives that have had a positive impact on Red Road’s short term and long-term growth objectives.
Intent
This Policy is intended to be used as a guideline for recognizing employee’s contributions and rewarding them suitably. The policy would have the objective of recognizing and rewarding performance of employees and bringing in a performance driven culture.
The general guidelines given in this policy document are designed to support the intent of the program. All owners of this process would be responsible to follow these guidelines with good judgment and personal integrity.
Scope
This Scheme applies only to the employees directly on the rolls of Red Road. All contractors, consultants, associates, and other categories working for Red Road are not covered under this scheme.

Extra Mile
XtraMile is an On-the-Spot Recognition program to recognize any significant contribution of individuals.
Nominations along with the citation will be made by the employee’s Reporting Manager via email briefing about the achievement of the employee and would need to be approved by the reviewing manager.
All awardees would receive appreciation card, given by the Reporting Manager.
It is not intended that the occasion for giving the recognition is a public one. However, citations through mail will be sent by the Reporting Manager to the peers/team members of the awardees to ensure transparency of the process.
There would not be any fixed number of nominations during the year.
Red Ribbon
Red Ribbon Award is a monthly reward and recognition program for exceptional contribution by individuals in their respective department.
Number of awards: Maximum of 1 award in every Department per month
Functions:
Medical Coding.
Clinical Compliance Review.
Data Experimentation
Robotic Process Automation.
Support function – Human Resources, IT Infra, Administration, Business Transformation, Head of department, Team Leader.

Nominations and Selection:
Individual nominations may be made by any reporting Manager. Nominations must be made using the nomination form (RR Form 0-21 Red Ribbon Award).
The nomination would have to be approved by the Reviewing Manager.
The form should be duly filled with very specific details of the initiatives and results. All relevant supporting information like quality, savings or profit, customer, or team appreciation etc. should be provided to strengthen the case.
To qualify for consideration, the achievement must be in line with the Corporate and Function’s goals (e.g., internal and external quality and accuracy, profitability enhancement, process improvement, superior contribution, or teamwork).
The final selection will be made by the Head of Operations in consultation with Human Resources department.
Timeline
Request for nominations for achievements in the previous month, to be sent by department head on 3rd business day of every month to Human Resources Department.
The awards will get distributed on 15th business day of every month.
Reward
Each of the winners would receive gift / gift voucher worth Rs. 1,000 & a specially designed red ribbon.
All awardees will receive certifications.

6.A.C.E is a quarterly award given to an individual for his/her outstanding contribution towards the achievement in their respective department.
Number of Awards: Maximum of 1 award in every department per quarter, the department should be having more than 20 members to qualify in the quarterly award.
Nominations and Selection:
Individual nominations may be made by the Department Head.
Individual nominations may be made by any Reporting Manager. Nominations must be made using the nomination form (RR Form 0-22 ACE Award).
To qualify for consideration, the achievement must be in line with the Corporate and Function’s goals (e.g. internal and external quality and accuracy, profitability enhancement, process improvement, superior contribution or teamwork).
Nominations must be made using the nomination form provided in the annexure.
The form should be duly filled with very specific details of the initiatives and results. All relevant supporting information like % of internal and external quality, cost savings or profit, customer, or team appreciation etc. should be provided to strengthen the case.
The final selections will be made jointly by (i) the nominating Department Head (ii) Operations Head and (iii) Human Resources department.
Timeline
Request for nominations for achievements in the previous quarter, to be sent by Department Head on 5th business day of beginning of next quarter to Human Resources Department.
The awards will get distributed on 15th business day of beginning of next quarter.
Rewards
Each of the winner would receive gift worth Rs. 10,000.
All winners would receive a certification and the winners would be recognized during a Quarterly award celebration.
The names of all the nominees would be announced in the Company during the Quarterly award celebration.

7.PRO club is an annual award given to an individual for his/her outstanding contribution towards the achievement in their respective department.
Number of Awards: Maximum of 1 award in every department per year, the function should be having more than 20 members to qualify in the annual award.
Nominations and Selection:
Individual nominations may be made by the Department Head.
Individual nominations may be made by any reporting Manager. Nominations must be made using the nomination form (RR Form 0-23 PRO Club Award) provided in the annexure.
To qualify for consideration, the achievement must be in line with the Corporate and Function’s goals (e.g., internal, and external quality and accuracy, profitability enhancement, process improvement, superior contribution or teamwork).
Nominations must be made as per the criteria defined by the organization.
The form should be duly filled with very specific details of the initiatives and results. All relevant supporting information like % of internal and external quality, Rs savings or profit, customer, or team appreciation etc. should be provided to strengthen the case.
The final selections will be made jointly by (i) the nominating Department Head (ii) Operations Head and (iii) HR.
Timeline
Request for nominations for achievements in the previous year, to be sent by Department Head on 10th business day of beginning of next year to Human Resources Department.
The annual award celebration will be conducted along with the 26th January, Republic day celebration.
Rewards
The winner will get a change to go on a company sponsored trip to “Foreign”.
The winner will receive a certification and the winner will be recognized during an annual award celebration.
The winner should be having valid passport.
The names of all the nominees would be announced in the Company during the annual award celebration.
